Refund policy

Tunakubali kurudisha bidhaa ndani ya siku 14 baada ya mteja kupokea bidhaa.

Masharti:

Bidhaa lazima irudishwe ikiwa haijatumika na iko katika hali ya awali.

Bidhaa zilizoharibika kwa matumizi ya mteja hazitakubaliwa kurudishwa.

Gharama ya kurudisha bidhaa inaweza kulipwa na mteja isipokuwa kama kuna kosa kutoka kwetu.

Marejesho ya pesa:

Baada ya kupokea na kukagua bidhaa, tutarejesha pesa ndani ya siku (weka mfano: 3–7 siku za kazi).

Marejesho yatatumwa kupitia njia ile ile ya malipo iliyotumika kununua.

We accept product returns within 14 days after the customer receives the item.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.
  • Products damaged due to customer use will not be accepted for return.
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a refund within (example: 3–7 business days).
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
