π Sera ya Usafirishaji
1. Muda wa Kushughulikia Oda
Oda zote hushughulikiwa ndani ya siku 1β3 za kazi baada ya malipo kuthibitishwa.
Wakati wa msongamano mkubwa wa oda, kushughulikia kunaweza kuchukua hadi siku 5 za kazi.
Baada ya oda yako kushughulikiwa, hupelekwa kwa msambazaji wetu kwa ajili ya usafirishaji.
2. Muda wa Usafirishaji
Muda wa usafirishaji unategemea eneo lako na njia ya usafirishaji inayotumika na wasambazaji wetu.
- Muda wa makadirio ya kufika: siku 10β25 za kazi
- Wakati mwingine, inaweza kuchukua hadi siku 30 za kazi kutokana na forodha, sikukuu, au ucheleweshaji wa usafirishaji.
Tafadhali kumbuka kuwa muda huu ni wa makadirio tu na hauhakikishi tarehe halisi ya kufika kwa bidhaa.
3. Njia za Usafirishaji
Tunafanya kazi na wasambazaji wa kimataifa wanaotumia huduma za usafirishaji kama vile:
- AliExpress Standard Shipping
- Cainiao Shipping
- Huduma nyingine za kimataifa kulingana na upatikanaji wa bidhaa
4. Gharama za Usafirishaji
- Bidhaa nyingi zinakuja na usafirishaji wa bure
- Ikiwa kuna gharama za usafirishaji, zitaonyeshwa wazi wakati wa kulipa
5. Ufuatiliaji wa Oda
Baada ya oda yako kusafirishwa, utapokea namba ya kufuatilia (tracking number) kupitia barua pepe.
Mabadiliko ya ufuatiliaji yanaweza kuchukua siku 3β7 kuonekana baada ya usafirishaji.
6. Ucheleweshaji na Forodha
Wakati mwingine ucheleweshaji unaweza kutokea kutokana na:
- Uchakataji wa forodha
- Ucheleweshaji wa huduma za posta za ndani
- Msongamano wa oda au sikukuu
Hatuwajibiki kwa ucheleweshaji unaosababishwa na forodha au huduma za posta, lakini tutakusaidia kufuatilia oda yako.
7. Oda Zilizopotea au Zisizofika
Ikiwa oda yako haijafika ndani ya siku 35 za kazi, tafadhali wasiliana nasi.
Tutafanya:
- Uchunguzi na msambazaji na kampuni ya usafirishaji
- Kutoa mbadala au kurejesha pesa ikiwa itathibitishwa kupotea
8. Anwani Isiyo Sahihi
Tafadhali hakikisha anwani yako ya usafirishaji ni sahihi wakati wa kufanya malipo.
Hatuwajibiki kwa bidhaa zitakazotumwa kwa anwani zisizo sahihi zilizotolewa na mteja.
